The JRS RENEWED Transformation Center is an upcoming community behavioral health and wellness center being developed to expand access to comprehensive, culturally responsive care for individuals and families throughout Philadelphia. Located at 4613 Leiper Street, the Center is envisioned as a welcoming space for mental health and substance use services, psychiatric rehabilitation, care coordination, peer and family support, recovery services, and community-based programming.

RENEWED Recovery House
JRS RENEWED Recovery House is an upcoming supportive sober-living and recovery housing program designed to help veterans rebuild their lives in a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment. Guided by the JRS R.E.N.E.W. Framework, the program will promote sustained recovery, personal growth, life skills, employment readiness, community reintegration, and connection to behavioral health and veteran resources.
Our vision is to provide more than a place to live—we are creating a pathway for veterans to Recover. Rebuild. Reintegrate. RENEW.
IOP
JRS Counseling Services is expanding its continuum of care with an upcoming Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed for individuals who need more support than traditional weekly therapy while maintaining the flexibility to remain at home, work, school, and within their community.
The program will provide structured, clinically focused behavioral health treatment through a secure virtual platform, combining group therapy, individual support, psychoeducation, skill development, and evidence-based interventions. Participants will work on managing mental health symptoms, strengthening coping and emotional-regulation skills, improving relationships, and developing practical strategies for lasting wellness.
